The Kemp Computer Technology approach is very different from most

FAST TURNAROUND: in-shop turnaround time is 1-2 business days; bring
it today, pick it up tomorrow. Additional time may be required for
ordering parts or waiting for the availability of parts.
NO DIAGNOSTIC FEE; unless you decide that you don't want to do the
service, a $35.00 flat rate will apply.
FLAT SERVICE RATES (usually under $100) for ALL of the repairs;
rather than give you a vague quote, like "$60 per hour," we always
let you know up-front how much the repair will cost no matter how
long it takes us!
90 DAYS WORK WARRANTY: labor and parts on all laptop repairs or
installations are warranted for a period of 90 days.
